Hello Backers,
First, a big THANK YOU is owed to each of you. Thanks for your awesome support, especially from our previous backers (you guys are extra awesome). We will work hard not to let you down. Now that the holiday madness is over, here are some answers to some common questions.
I want to add items / increase the quantity of my order. What do I do?
You will be able to add items using BackerKit, our surveying software. The survey will go out to each of you around the middle of January, after funds have cleared from Kickstarter. From there you’ll be able to add-on any additional items.
Are there any plans for additional metals?
At this time, no.
When is the soonest I can expect my items to arrive?
Production will begin immediately after we receive funds from Kickstarter (up to 14 days). Production will take roughly 4 weeks. We expect to start shipping out packages in groups immediately in the weekends following. Packages should start to arrive at people’s doors end of February to early March.
How can I make sure I’m one of the first to receive my items?
Once the BackerKit surveys go out, you will have the opportunity to update your shipping address, contact information, and add-on any additional items. The sooner you complete this process, the sooner your package will go out. Please have your email address up to date in Kickstarter, surveys will be emailed out to these addresses.

Hello Backers,
First we'd like to thank you for your awesome support! Next I'd like to apologize for the lack of regular updates, we've been on a family holiday and most of the time I've spent working has been more focused on coordinating with our suppliers and machine shops.
To address some common questions

How do I order multiple products / sets?
Multiple sets will be available for ordering after the campaign is over in a survey system we use called "BackerKit". We use this system to not only collect important information like where to ship your product, but also to provide you the opportunity to add on additional items to your order.
- If I upgrade, do I get the new (larger) stand?
Yes, if you upgrade from any existing set (4 or 5) piece and upgrade to a (5, 6 or 7) piece set, you will receive the appropriate new stand.

What a wild experience, we had no idea we would reach 400% funding within 24 hours! Thank you!
We've gotten a common question regarding Backers who wish to order multiple quantities. You have two options.
-
Wait until the campaign is over and increase your order quantity in BackerKit. BackerKit will collect the balance owed.
- Back whatever item you want, and increase your pledge by the appropriate amount. BackerKit will collect any balances you might owe incase your off, so don't worry too much about nailing the math.
Thanks again for your awesome support. This week we're going to focus on packaging design for the expansion sets. Hopefully we'll have some rough CAD designs for you to look at next weekend.
